📦 Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • Nigeria (Lagos and all states)

  • United States (Lower 48 states only)

  • Canada

  • Note: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US Territories.

  • Free Shipping: Automatically applies to all orders of $50.00 USD or more.

  • Order Processing (Handling): All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • United States: Orders are dispatched from our international fulfillment center in Guangdong, China. For orders under $800 USD, no additional customs duties apply at delivery. Sales taxes are calculated at checkout.

  • Canada: Orders are shipped internationally. You may be subject to import taxes or fees levied by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). These are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Nigeria: Inventory is dispatched directly from our warehouse in Guangdong, China. Shipments may be subject to Nigerian Customs Service duties upon arrival, which must be settled by the customer.

2. Final Refund & Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Hygiene Safety

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with seals intact.

  • Non-Returnable for Hygiene: Opened pacifiers, baby bottles, teething toys, nursing pads, and breast pumps.

  • Final Sale: Personalized items and digital products.

3. The Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact us with your Order Number and photos if the item is damaged.

  • Step 2: We will provide a Return Authorization (RMA) and the correct regional warehouse address (US or Nigeria).

  • Step 3: Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  • Step 4: Inspection takes 3–5 business days upon arrival.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Choice: For "Buyer’s Remorse" (wrong size/color/changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Our Error: If the item is defective or incorrect, Cubs N Cradle covers all return shipping costs via a prepaid label or reimbursement.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will file a claim and send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund.

6. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Credits are applied to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Expect 7–14 business days from the time we receive your return to see the credit in your account.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
